MOD/Crown Assesment

BCS has expertise in Building works carried out on the Crown estate within England and Wales and Northern Ireland which are formally exempt from both the procedural and substantive (technical) requirements of the Building Regulations. We are able to act as a suitably qualified consultants to carry out the Building Regulations design check and inspections on his behalf of the Project Manager, as defined within Technical Bulletin 01/26.
